1.) ADMIT COMPLETE DEFEAT. ADMIT THAT YOU ARE POWERLESS OVER SIN.

"There is none who seeks God." - Romans 3:11
"For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God." - Romans 3:23
"If we say that we have not sinned, we make Him [God] a liar, and His word is not in us." - 1st John 1:10

2.) ADMIT THAT ONLY GOD THROUGH JESUS CHRIST CAN RESTORE AND SAVE YOU.

"...if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved." - Romans 10:9
"For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life." - John 3:16

3.) CONFESS YOUR SINS TO GOD AND ASK FOR FORGIVENESS.

"If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness." - 1st John 1:9
